About Me
Pamela, why 3 Body Odyssey?
I was experiencing changes I could not explain — shifts in my sensory awareness, unexpected synchronicities with people and events and moments when my inner thoughts seemed to find their way into the world around me. At times it felt as though I had written a script and life itself had chosen to perform it. I became aware of conscious movements of energy in my body. These sensations felt alive intelligent and meaningful.
My focus was disorganised — shaped by a life that had taught me it wasn’t safe to feel trust or to slow down. Trauma left me in a constant state of alert and disconnected from my soul. These were not conscious choices, but survival responses from my inner child trying to protect me. Trauma had convinced me that I had no words no options no real choices or support. I knew I wanted change, but fear and limitation lived in my body.
I did not speak about these experiences as I worried about being judged misunderstood or mislabelled. Where could I find support? What could help? What became essential was learning to be still and listen — not for external answers, but for a deeper understanding of my internal world. This period of listening became the foundation of 3 Body Odyssey.
I know I am not alone — and neither are you. I believe that energies work together and I encourage seeking medical support if you notice changes in your body or feel unwell.
Are you noticing that you move through the world on autopilot? Does life feel rigid repetitive or disconnected? Are you ready to gently explore integrate and start valuing — not fearing — your uniqueness? 3 Body Odyssey is a space for those who sense there is more to being human than we were taught — more than productivity roles or expectations. Are you curious enough to tune into your own experience?
A Moment from My Journey
In early 2020 I found myself being made redundant for the second time in my life and Lockdown quickly followed. Everything was slowing down in my world and I turned inward. I took a leap of faith and I co-created — with focus intent and soul-belief — a way of working that truly aligned with who I am still becoming.
I've experienced what it means to feel unseen and unheard, to accept blame from others, to people-please, to experience injustice, to live in the shadows when the way forward seemed unclear, not find my words and show up for myself wearing my Crown.
My journey has guided my passion for helping others move from survival to soul-forgiveness emotional attunement and finally, transformation through authenticity.
A whisper from me: Never give up on your soul!

About My Practice
With over 20 years of working with Mental Health and Trauma, I am an experienced and dedicated Psychotherapist. My work is rooted in the psychodynamic approach and enriched by humanistic, solution-focused, and trauma-informed perspectives.
I draw on principles of somatic psychotherapy. This approach recognises that thoughts - emotions - bodily sensations - attitudes and belief systems are deeply interconnected and shape both emotional and physical well-being. Trauma and prolonged stress can become held in the body — in our muscles our nervous system and even in our hearts, creating patterns of tension or shutdown, even when the original experiences are not fully conscious or clearly remembered and can be shaped by intergenerational experiences of trauma and violence.
How are you showing up across the different realms of your life?
Where might your beliefs have become fixed or limiting?
What parts of your body are carrying your emotional experiences?
Some of my clients have spoken of feeling disconnected from their bodies or emotions due to trauma, cultural expectations, or life changes. When you are ready, we can gently explore sexual identity, intimacy, desire, and pleasure. We can investigate what feels forgotten, what you want to re-ignite, and what sensations are moving through you.
Through parts work - art work - breath work - meditation and visualisation techniques, I invite you to discover deeper self-awareness and explore the unknown parts of your soul through honest and open self-enquiry.
Nothing is absolute — only our perceptions and how we shape meaning from them. I welcome you to speak freely, express your truth, and remember that your hopes and dreams are valuable and achievable. Together, we’ll create a tailored therapeutic approach that supports emotional healing with 3 body awareness.

As a Clinical Supervisor, I mentor, train and support practitioners with reflective and solution focused enquiry. I provide expert guidance in evidence-based tools such as GAD-7 and PHQ-9, and I offer practical support for setting up and growing your private practice.

Hear From People I've helped
Elisabeth - clinical supervisee - London
"My first experience with supervision as a trainee counsellor was with Pamela and it set the tone for the kind of counsellor I wanted to be: true to myself and not afraid to be challenged. When I qualified as a counsellor and got a position in my dream job I knew right away that I wanted Pamela to be my supervisor. She always saw me and challenged me with so much empathy and compassion while celebrating what made me so unique. I believe as a supervisee the learning and the growth as an individual are just as important as my work, and my supervision brings me that balance. Whenever we’ve had a challenging supervision , I’ve always felt safe, held & understood. I’ve never met a supervisor as passionate about her supervisees as Pamela. I guess that’s what makes the whole experience so special. Best wishes, Elisabeth."
Anonymous - somatic psychotherapy client - 59 - Singapore
"After decades of carrying the weight of my childhood abuse, I finally reached a point where I couldn’t keep pretending I was fine. Pamela helped me understand how my past was still living in my body and the feeling I was responsible for holding everything and everyone in my life together. I have suffered from back pain, neck pain, and hip pain. For the first time I’m learning about how trauma is trapped in my body and how to give myself permission to let go. I write angry letters to lots of things bothering me, it feels freeing to flush those letters down the toilet where they belong - my own ritual when I need it - I am finally wearing my crown."
Liva - clinical supervisee - London
"I have been working with Pamela for a number of years now and for me having supervision with her has always been one of the highlights of being a counsellor. Pamela offers a space where I am free to be both – a counsellor as well as me, which has allowed me to find my own unique way of counselling whilst simultaneously developing a strong ethical practice. Pamela’s compassionate, sensitive and supportive approach offers me space to bring any client material without fear of being judged and I always leave my supervision session already looking forward to the next."
Marta - 37 - transformational client - Spain
"I came to Pamela because I was scared and lonely and tired of meeting people who just used me. She helped me look at my life and I speak about sex without feeling silly or judged. She really listens to me and I trust her, and that is really important to me after having so many unhealthy empty relationships. She helped me focus on having a more loving relationship with myself, and to always wear my crown and show up for myself. Thank you."
Michael - 61 - transformational client - Nottingham
'I came to Pamela about 5 months ago feeling lost, angry, and on edge. On the outside I appeared fine but inside I was a mess, something wasn't working. She created a space where I didn’t feel judged, and for the first time I could speak freely about things I’d buried. I’ve learned to get in touch with my feelings (very uncomfortable at first) and am seeing myself as someone who deserves peace. I’m still on my journey, but now with less anxiety about who I am and have stopped pleasing other people and choose to wear my crown'
Adjoa - clinical supervisee - London
"Dear Pamela, I am writing to say thank you for being my supervisor. It’s been a great learning journey for me as a therapist, having the capacity to reflect on the meaning of what the client is sharing, feeling, and expressing and the intervention used during my therapy sessions with with client. My experience in supervision with you has been a learning curve where I have had the motivation to grow and explore as a counsellor. I have also been able to grow as a counsellor, examining meaning, transference and countertransferences. Although you challenged me to think therapeutically and clinically in some client cases using theories, you always had a friendly approach, which allowed me to open up more during supervision instead of perhaps being stern which would have made me hold back, afraid to explore raptures and transferences in the room, which has happened to me in the past. You also challenged me but with so much grace, which lets me know that you want me to be a good counsellor who understands what goes on in the room with clients. I also appreciate when you ask me, how I’m at the beginning of every supervision. You also have excellent admin; you provide invoices for every payment, send notifications, and always provide Zoom links".
Caitlyn - 27 - somatic psychotherapy client - Canada
"I didn’t understand what was happening to me. I had angry outbursts and little patience, sudden panic in crowds for no reason. I was tired of feeling doomed and anxious and not knowing why. Pamela helped me make sense of my triggers and showed me I wasn’t ‘crazy’ . She is so honest, explaining that these triggers may never go away completely, and can re-appear throughout my life but now I have more awareness about what is going on inside my body, and I know how to help myself with breath work and meditations, I feel very supported. I hope to wear my crown soon."
Idris - 43 - transformational client - London
"Im going through redundancy at work, I have no idea what I am going to do. I feel quite depressed as christmas is coming and have suicide thoughts. I just sit with Pamela and talk about everything on my mind, I can't do this anywhere else or with anyone else. She does challenge my thoughts, but nothing too heavy. Im exausted most of the time and she just accepts me for who I am when we meet. She checks in with me via WhatsApp outside of our sessions"
Tameka - 22 - trauma informed client - St Lucia
"I wanted a therapits who understood me and looked like me and Pamela was recommended to me by a friend. I enjoy our sessions, I dont feel under any pressure to talk about my abuse. She is kind and patient and I feel she just wants me to be myself. I dont really have a lot to say and she doesnt force me to speak, sometimes we may do something creative which I prefer and the guided meditations are so relaxing."
Guilia- 43 - trauma informed client - Europe
"It did not start out great, I felt judged and was angry. Pamela was very patient as I was rude and distressed and had lost faith in therapy. I could shout and complain as much as I liked. She helped me understand about defences and trauma and then I started to feel safe and have been seeing her for a while now."
Shirley - clinical supervisee - UK
"My experience with Pamela as my trainee counsellor supervisor has been an immensely positive experience. Pamela's congruence, honesty and empathy has enabled me to feel at ease and to be open and honest about the real me as a person and as a trainee counselor and what is going on for me. Pamela seems able to read me and probe to ensure I feel stretched in exploring my feelings, transference and counter transference, parallel processing and mirroring with the client work. Every session I feel refreshed and invigorated. She encourages reflection, being curious and lean in more with my clients, and also to try creative activities, which I may have felt unsure about. Every session of supervision I leave with a new building block in confidence, being grounded and renewed positive energy."
